While no injuries have occurred to date, ingesting glass fragments could cause serious harm, including dental damage, mouth and throat cuts, and intestinal perforation.<\/p>\n<p>The recall involves 8-oz Clover Valley Instant Coffee (Package UPC: 876941004069).
